Girl Crush: Lesley Arfin

New York writer Lesley Arfin's resume reads like a cool-girl-essentials reading list. Former editor-in-chief of Missbehave Magazine, she has written for Vice, RUSSH, Jane, Nylon, I.D., Jezebel, and Paper, among others. She penned the intro to The Selby book that her Lower East Side apartment was also featured in. In 2007 she had her own book Dear Diary published by VICE/MTV Press. She is BFF's with Chloe Sevigny and Lena Dunham. Oh, not to mention being a head writer for the phenomenon that is HBO's GIRLS.

Just stop it.

Also judging by her "what's in my bag" interview for Amoeba records, we are pretty much soul mates. Home Movies?! The Magnetic Fields?! The lady clearly has excellent taste.
Um, Lesley, can we be friends?
