Bless'ed Spring/Summer 13

Speaking of Australian Fashion Week, we heard a rumor (and saw the evidence) that our favourite in store Aussie label Bless'ed are the Meek killed it on the runway with their under-the-sea inspired S/S '13 collection. The show began with projected blue laser beams and smoke as a group of models emerged from the darkness only to recede back into it. What followed was a jaw dropping show, as you can see below. Bless'ed designers  Maria Maung and Tarek Kourhani explained the inspiration behind their "Song of the Siren" collection backstage; “we started off with an aquatic, underwater theme which we then morphed into the Bless’ed girl – a siren who is alluring and confident, the Siren of the Sea”.

(Tickets for next time pretty please???)
